| Twice a year the members of V.V.A. Post 678 in join venture with other Veterans Groups meet at the Wilkes-Barre VA Hospital to bring a little happiness for the Forgotten Hero's that take residence there, throughout the year members contact people to make, collect, and even purchase items that are given to the Vets.
